*Complex, multi-part and design-from-your-idea orders can take up to 2 weeks. Your quote always states the production time. Shipping transit time is extra.

Good to know

Design time: $40 per hour, 1-hour minimum. Always quoted before we start modelling.
Materials: PLA and PLA+ are included. PETG, TPU, silk and multicolour prints are quoted.
Bulk pricing: 10–24 pieces 10% off, 25–49 pieces 15% off, 50+ pieces 20% off.
Rush: +25% when our print queue allows. Ask in your request.
Payment: you pay through a secure Shopify invoice. Orders over $150 start with a 50% deposit; the balance is due before shipping.
Minimum order: $25 (lithophanes excepted).

What we won't print

We only print files and photos you own or have permission to use. We don't print weapons or weapon parts, and we don't reproduce copyrighted characters, logos or trademarks for resale. For photos, professional studio, school and sports portraits usually need the photographer's written release.

Custom printing FAQ

How much does custom 3D printing cost?

Small prints start at $25, medium at $55 and large at $110, plus shipping. Size, material, detail and quantity set the final price, and you always get a written quote first.

How long does a custom order take?

Most orders print in 3–10 business days. Large, multi-part and design-from-your-idea orders can take up to 2 weeks. Shipping time is extra.

What file types can I send?

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP for models; JPG, PNG and HEIC for photos and references; PDF for drawings; ZIP for a folder of files.

Can you design something for me?

Yes. Describe it or send a sketch and reference photos. Design time is $40 per hour with a 1-hour minimum, quoted before we start.

What photos work best for a lithophane?

Sharp, well-lit photos where the faces fill most of the frame. Avoid screenshots and heavily filtered photos. If a photo won't print well, we'll tell you before printing.
